With full planning, you’ll have me by your side every step of the way. I’ll handle all the legwork to assemble the perfect team for your big day. We’ll also craft a personalized design plan that incorporates unique details and meaningful touches to every aspect of your event so that your wedding feels like an extension of you.
Full Planning includes:
- Venue selection and site visits
- Unlimited Meetings
- Vendor referrals, and management, I reach out to vendors on your behalf
- Contract review
- Budget assessment and oversight
- Planning checklist with to-do’s outlined throughout the process
- Creation of design plan to include: mood board, floral and linen recommendations, color palette, and custom floor plans
- Oversight of additional design elements including lighting design and tablescape decor
- Management of all transportation logistics for guests and bridal party
- Coordination with venue staff and all hired vendors
- Creation, distribution, and management of event day timeline to all vendors and VIP’s
- Run ceremony rehearsal prior to wedding day
- Execute event day according to timeline and ensure all vendors are accounted for. I am there for you for up to 12 hours.
- Set up Event Decor such as guest book, cake sets, place cards, favors, etc.
With partial planning, you’ll still have me by your side every step of the way however I will not assist with items like venue selection, budget management, or design. You got this, you know what you want, and know what you LOVE. You just need a wedding BFF to help you along the way.
Partial Planning Includes:

Mostly planned but need someone to pull the loose ends together and execute the event so you can enjoy your big day? This package is for you. I come in around 4 months out and assist with any last-minute vendors you need to book, I provide insight, we review a checklist to make sure you’re where you need to be, discuss worries, and things you still need to accomplish and how I, as your wedding coordinator, can help.

You feel good. You don’t have many questions, you planned, you did the work, and now all you need is your wedding BFF to come in and help you put it all together 2 months before you say ‘I do’. I’m it, I’m your girl. It’s the same package as BFF Package 1, we just start work 2 months out vs. 4 months out. We don’t review what is still needed to be done. You basically YOU GOT THIS.
